InfoHub Release Blog: v1.3.40 and v1.3.41
Welcome to our latest InfoHub release blog covering versions 1.3.40 and 1.3.41! These releases bring significant improvements to translations, configuration options, and overall system performance. Let’s dive into the exciting new features and enhancements.
Translate Your Plugins with LibreTranslate

One of the most powerful additions in v1.3.40 is the ability to translate all elements in your plugins using LibreTranslate. This feature allows you to easily localize your plugins and their children to multiple languages, making your applications more accessible to users worldwide.
The translation system now properly handles special characters like Γ₯Àâ, ensuring accurate translations across all supported languages. We’ve updated all plugins to include English, Spanish, and Swedish translations by default.
Enhanced Configuration Options
Version 1.3.41 introduces optimized configuration files for different setups with the addition of config-debug and config-live options. This makes it easier to maintain separate configurations for development and production environments.
The folder structure has also been improved to work seamlessly with both standard setups and the Inleed public folder setup, providing greater flexibility in how you deploy InfoHub.
Improved Launcher Experience

The Launcher has received significant updates across both releases:
- A new image in Mode showing available keyboard combinations and their functions
- Better translations on all buttons
- Updated refresh list button translations
These changes make the Launcher more intuitive and user-friendly, especially for non-English speakers.
Performance Optimizations
We’ve increased memory limits to 32MB and expanded upload/download file size limits from 2MB to 8MB. This allows for handling larger files and more complex operations without running into resource constraints.
Contact Management Improvements

The contact management system has been enhanced with several quality-of-life improvements:
- Client contact lists are now refreshed automatically when rendering pages
- The has_password property is preserved when handling client contacts
- Contact export now provides more intuitive file names with the “infohub-contact-” prefix
- Save and delete operations now refresh the account list automatically
Documentation and Code Quality
We’ve implemented a new class header for all JS files in the plugins directory, improving code consistency and documentation. Additionally, we’ve fixed various spelling errors in the Workbench documentation.
Bug Fixes and Optimizations
Both releases include numerous bug fixes and optimizations that improve the stability and performance of InfoHub. Notable fixes include:
- Proper handling of batch messages that return ‘false’
- Fixed UTF-8 encoding issues for special characters
- Improved error handling for missing demo login files
- Fixed document-domain deprecation warnings
We’re excited to see how you’ll use these new features and improvements in your InfoHub projects!
